1. Definitions

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with np777. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether intentionally or inadvertently, constitute a material breach of these Terms. np777 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and other technical identifiers. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all but the original Account, forfeiture of bonuses across all accounts, and potential confiscation of funds where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

2.4 Accurate Information Requirement

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. 3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify np777 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. np777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.2 Authorized Use

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, nor may you transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account to another individual or entity. Commercial or business use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Monitoring

np777 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms. Suspicious activity including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, potential collusion, use of automated betting software, or violation of bonus terms may trigger account review and temporary suspension pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

np777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and others), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly indicated during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposit methods process instantly, with funds appearing in your Account within thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process depending on the sending institution. np777 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your np777 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, and you agree to provide documentation regarding the source of deposited funds if requested by np777 as part of anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

4.4 Deposit Limits

np777 implements responsible gaming deposit limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Once a deposit limit is established, any reduction takes effect immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before implementation.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

VIP tier members receive expedited processing, often within five (5) minutes. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts exceeding ₱100,000 may require additional verification and processing time up to seventy-two (72) hours.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and verification level. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱250,000 per transaction and ₱1,000,000 per month. Higher limits are available to verified VIP members.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While wagering a bonus, you may not place individual bets exceeding ₱100 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Violation of this maximum bet rule results in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any prohibited activity provision results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and potential legal action. np777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating criminal activity.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by np777

np777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination for cause, np777 may forfeit your Account balance including deposits and winnings.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Users experiencing gambling problems may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. np777 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new accounts during self-exclusion, though you agree that ultimate responsibility for not gambling rests with you.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance after deduction of pending bets and applicable fees will be returned to you via your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Ownership

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the np777 platform are the exclusive property of np777 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

10.2 Restrictions

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of np777 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Force Majeure

np777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, government actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

11.4 Third-Party Content

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. np777 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and does not endorse or make any representations regarding them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of np777 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

PAGCOR decisions regarding player disputes are binding on np777.
